I’m not your therapist, not your coach, and definitely not your mom.

How it works

Sessions are 60–90 minutes (or whatever feels right)

You fill out a quick form before we meet so I have an idea of your current chaos

We meet, get to the bottom of it, and have a blast while doing so (seriously, grab a drink, bring your vape, wear a blanket — whatever you need)

And after? You’ll feel lighter, happier, and leave with an actual plan (and the occasional “ohhhh… okay, that makes sense now” moment)
